I'm the founder of Monica Louie, LLC and creator of Flourish with Facebook Ads, a course that helps online entrepreneurs increase conversions and lower costs with Facebook ads.
We have some big goals this year and we're looking to expand our team!
Our Team's Mission:
Team Flourish aims to help online businesses grow their impact and their profits! A member of Team Flourish is a rockstar contractor who seeks to help Monica Louie, LLC transition from a multiple 6-figure business to a 7-figure business.
This is first and foremost a team effort!
Even though Team Flourish members seek to eliminate errors, we all make mistakes. However, we are quick to own up to our mistakes and do whatever we can to fix them!

What to expect:
All members of Team Flourish are expected to participate in weekly team meetings. This is where share offer ideas, suggestions, and alternatives for tools and products that might serve the company better.
- Pay: is based on experience.
- Timeliness: is a big deal as the projects we work on require a quick turnaround for changes and updates.
- Availability: to start is 10-20 hours per week with room to grow in the future (we have big clients lined up already!).
- Start date: is immediate.
- Team meetings: are held weekly and all team members are asked to participate.
- Schedule: our schedule is flexible, but we do have regular team meetings.
- Location: this is a remote position so you can work from anywhere, virtually!
- Job Duties: Including but not limited to…
- Daily updates via Voxer explaining how the ads are performing and any causes for concern at some point mid-morning every day
- Test different audiences
- Adjust budgets for maximum profitability
- Turn off low-performing ad sets and campaigns
- Maintain a shared spreadsheet with updates and what changes were made that day for client campaigns
- Provide a written report that can be delivered to the client each month with insights and suggestions to improve engagement and profitability
- Once per week meetings with Monica and her Facebook ad team (in addition to team meetings)
- Training: is provided so experience is not required, but we’re looking for folks who are detail-oriented, creative, love analysis, and have a can-do, optimistic, energetic attitude.
